Talking to staff

Once your ticket is open, you talk to the moderators through Axmo’s DMs. You never see the staff channel, and the moderators reply to you in the same DM.

Just send Axmo a DM. Your text and attachments are passed on to the moderators, and Axmo reacts with ✅ when a message is delivered.

If you send a lot of messages very quickly, Axmo asks you to wait a moment before sending more.

Replies arrive as “New reply”, with the server’s name and who sent it. Most servers sign replies as Moderator rather than with the moderator’s name.

You can have one open ticket in each server. Each ticket has its own emoji, which Axmo adds to the ✅ on your messages so you can tell where they went.

When you have more than one ticket open, Axmo asks which ticket your message is for. Your next messages go to that ticket too.

To change where your messages go, run /switch in your DMs with Axmo and choose the ticket.

Some servers let you close your own ticket. Run /close in your DMs with Axmo and confirm. The moderators keep a record of it.

If the server doesn’t allow this, Axmo tells you that the moderators close tickets themselves.

You get a DM saying “Ticket closed”, sometimes with a reason. After that, messages to that ticket aren’t passed on.

If the ticket was closed as resolved or not resolved, Axmo asks: “Was it resolved? Let me know with the buttons below.” Press Resolved or Not resolved. The buttons stop working after a while, usually 7 days.

A moderator can reopen a closed ticket. Axmo DMs you “Ticket reopened”, and you can reply there again.

Moderators can also open a ticket with you themselves. In that case Axmo DMs you the reason, and you reply there.
