Insights and scorecards
/insights shows how well your moderation is holding up: what gets overturned and why, where automod is too strict, and how appeals go. /scorecard shows what each moderator has done.
To use them, turn on the Insights plugin on the Plugins page of /settings.
Commands

/insights
Section titled “/insights”The report shows:
- how many cases there were, and how many were overturned
- overturns by source, split by who took the cases
- why cases were overturned, by category
- automod’s false positives for each rule
- appeal outcomes
- suggestions
Change the period with the Period menu, and save the report with Download report.
Suggestions
Section titled “Suggestions”When an AI automod rule is often wrong for your server, /insights suggests making it stricter about when it acts. Press Apply suggestion and confirm to use it. Applying suggestions needs automod.manage.
Suggestions only appear once there’s enough to go on, so a new server may not see any for a while.
/scorecard
Section titled “/scorecard”moderator is whose scorecard to see. It defaults to yours.
A scorecard covers cases, overturns, evidence, notes, tickets and appeals, and gives a grade from A to F compared with the rest of the team. Grades need a few active moderators to compare with.
Scorecards are off until you turn on Scorecards on the Insights page.
