Voice recording
Plus
Pro
Harassment in voice leaves no messages behind. With voice recording on, when someone reports a member who’s in their voice channel, Axmo joins it, announces in the channel’s chat that it’s recording, and attaches what the reporter and the reported users say to the ticket. No one else is recorded.
Setting it up
Section titled “Setting it up”- Set up tickets first. Voice recording needs them.
- Turn on the Voice recording plugin on the Plugins page of
/settings. It’s only available on Plus and Pro. - On the Voice recording page, choose how long to record.
Axmo needs View Channel, Connect and Send Messages in your voice channels. The Health check tells you if any are missing.
What happens
Section titled “What happens”- A member reports someone who’s in the same voice channel as them. Stage channels aren’t recorded.
- Axmo joins and posts in the voice channel’s chat that it’s recording, for how long, and that only the people in the report are recorded.
- It records the reporter and the reported users until the time is up, or until everyone reported has left.
- The ticket channel gets one audio file for each person who spoke.
If nobody in the report spoke, or Axmo was missing a permission, the ticket says so instead. Only one recording runs per server at a time.
